Google Play Games (PC App) – Open Beta marked a key step in bringing Google’s mobile gaming experience to desktop users.
The video aimed to engage gamers and demonstrate how they could play their favorite mobile titles on PC with seamless sync across devices – positioning the platform as the premium alternative to emulators.
I led the motion design, 3D integration, and audio editing, managed client reviews, and oversaw localization across 10 regions, from Southeast Asia to Europe and LATAM.
Beyond the main trailer, I produced feature-specific cutdowns and visuals for the Google blog, ensuring every format delivered consistent clarity and impact.

The main challenge was keeping the production agile while ensuring visual consistency across languages and markets.
Because game selections and copy could change until the last moment, the After Effects setup had to support fast iteration without re-rendering.
I developed a modular project structure, combining pre-rendered assets and smart text placeholders, allowing quick drag-and-drop updates.
This workflow maintained both speed and quality, enabling the delivery of a fully localized campaign within a one-month schedule.

The upgraded visuals and streamlined animation brought a stronger product identity compared to previous beta trailers, reinforcing the platform’s credibility and appeal.
The master and its 10 localized versions were distributed globally across YouTube, app landing pages, and regional marketing channels — providing a consistent, high-quality brand experience for millions of players.
